BODY TUB – 79 and Older. - Quote on Request
FRP tub as shown available in standard white. The pre 78 is distinguishable
by the fuel cell being located under the passenger seat, a removable
transmission cover and a rectangular gas pot. Hand laid construction
with sandwich cored rear deck and floor. Stainless steel “A”
pillar hinge plates. The tub comes complete with FRP dash, gas pot and
transmission cover. Engine bay louvers, instrument cluster hole, glove
box hole and gas door are trimmed out. Firewall and dash are indexed
for most common hardware. Extra reinforcement is applied to roll bar
attachment areas, door posts (“B” Pillar) and Tire carrier.
Tin parts needed from original donor truck for a complete build include:
cabin fan adaptor, defrost duct adaptors, padded dash retainer, and
the vent door hinges.

FRP fenders are hand laid from a two part mold that feature all standard
returns…just like the original part. They are constructed with
a special Corematt laminate to absorb stone impacts from the tire to
prevent spider cracking. Designed to be installed with the original
metal brace, once mounted up they are stiff enough to stand on. The
steering box hole has been left blank (not cut) for those with power
steering modifications.

FRP fenders are hand laid from a two part mold that feature all standard
returns…just like the original part except they are a full 3”
wider. They are constructed with a special Corematt laminate to absorb
stone impacts from the tire to prevent spider cracking. Designed to
be installed with the original metal brace, once mounted up they are
stiff enough to stand on. The steering box hole has been left blank
(not cut) for those with power steering modifications. Intended for
use with 14” or wider tires.

FRP flares are hand laid and intended to be surface mounted. It should
be noted these flares are not flexible like similar looking plastic
flares but rigid and are intended for use with 12” or wider tires.

with the GC108. This bezel has “LAND CRUISER” embossed in
the larger upper rail as was done OEM in 1964.

FRP hard top sides are constructed using both LRTM and hand lay up techniques.
This vintage is identified by having a larger single side window. These
parts require a roof, the original metal upper door valances and glass
to complete the assembly. These can be used with a hatch back or ambulance
doors (hinge plate ready). When used on a glass tub the “U”
shaped rubber lower interface gasket is not utilized.

FRP hard top sides are constructed using both LRTM and hand lay up techniques.
This vintage is identified by having the opening opera window with a
short single side window. These parts require a roof, the original metal
upper door valances and glass to complete the assembly. They are intended
for use with a hatch ambulance doors (hinge plate ready). When used
on a glass tub the “U” shaped rubber lower interface gasket
is not utilized.

FRP Roof is hand laid. This roof is considerable heavier than the original
part and is stiff enough to support 150 pounds. The roof is complete
with a one piece full FRP gutter rail included a custom front valance
that closes the “ugly looking” gap between the roof and
the windshield. This provides a quieter ride and less leaking at that
joint.

part steel part and retains the original ribs. The roof is complete
with a one piece full FRP gutter rail included a custom front valance

WINDSHIELD – Lower wiper version. - Quote on Request
FRP windshield is constructed is the LRTM Process. This part is generally
found to be heavier than the original in weight. Reinforced with aluminum
the windshield frame is quite strong. An internal conduit is installed
in the upper section of the windshield for wiper wash installations.
Cut outs for the wiper motor, and the defrost ducts are included unless
specified. Modification to the plastic defrost plates will be required
for correct fit. We do not recommend the use of the original hard rubber
gasket; instead we provide a length of softer gasket material which
will provide a better seal to the cowl. The glass is not included and
should be installed by a professional glass shop.

FRP hood is hand laid. It must be understood that this part is considerable
stronger than the original OEM steel hood and is built so a full sized
person can stand on it with deflection. This must be a consideration
if your intended use is other than off road. The hood has the louvers
cut in as per the original.

FRP guards are hand laid. These parts are intended to replace the light
metal shields that protect the tail lights and associated wiring from
road dirt.

FRP hatch is hand laid. This part has aluminum reinforcing in the hinge
and stay attachment areas. Access ports are trimmed but the part is
not cut for hardware which can be stock or custom. The glass is not

FRP door are precision manufactured using the LRTM process. They weigh,
feel and look exactly like the original. These parts are reinforced
with aluminum in the hinge areas. They are designed to all the original

FRP gas pots are hand laid. These pots are the same as is used in the
standard tub and are offered for those with an auxiliary fuel cell.
They are available in the smaller rectangular shape (pre 78) or the
larger square version (post 79).
